Our services

ANU Student Central provides student administration support and general enquiry services, including:

• Course enrolment and Timetable support including adding, swapping and dropping courses, and managing class allocations using MyTimetable.
• Help with course fees, Student Services and Amenities fees, invoices, payments and HELP deferrals
• Navigating University processes, support for eForms and difficulties with student administration systems. 
• Finding the correct team or service at ANU to contact, navigating the ANU website and campus. 

We also provide the following services:

• New and replacement student cards and extending expiry of existing cards.
• Issuing Academic Transcripts and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements (AHEGS). 
• Processing requests to Change or correcting the name, title, date of birth or gender on your official student record or provide Consent to the Disclosure of Information to a third party.
• Preparing custom letters, e.g. study break (employment), fee letters, sponsor letters.
