We are located in Kambri, opposite the Kambri lawn.
Opening hours:
- 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday in O-Week and Bush Week (15-26 July)
- 10am-5pm, Monday to Friday from Week 2 (29 July onwards)

Our services
ANU Student Central provides student administration support and general enquiry services, including:
- Course enrolment and Timetable support including adding, swapping and dropping courses, and managing class allocations using MyTimetable.
- Help with course fees, Student Services and Amenities fees, invoices, payments and HELP deferrals
- Navigating University processes, support for eForms and difficulties with student administration systems.
- Finding the correct team or service at ANU to contact, navigating the ANU website and campus.
We also provide the following services:
- New and replacement student cards and extending expiry of existing cards.
- Issuing Academic Transcripts and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements (AHEGS).
- Processing requests to Change or correcting the name, title, date of birth or gender on your official student record or provide Consent to the Disclosure of Information to a third party.
- Preparing custom letters, e.g. study break (employment), fee letters, sponsor letters.
